I just found out that my waist size shrunk from 44 to 33, got 4 pairs of Levi’s jeans (they smell really good! heh heh heh..), a really cool Fila sweater, a really REALLY cool Converse sweatshirt (^ . ^), a really baggy DKNY sweatshirt (sweeet!) and camo 3/4 pants. I’m so happy~! ^ - ^
So anyway, I’m thinking; why not do a small slideshow of pictures depicting how my life basically was this past year? I had my Motorola E365 for nearly the whole of 2004, and its picture function came in pretty handy! I took tons of pictures with it, though of differing qualities (heh..). Most of them came out pretty ok, I guess. Yeap, so here it is!
Photo Diary of 2004

Caption: A week after getting my phone, one of my secondary (High) school (on the right in red) buddy Ash had to go for National Service (chouhei, 徴兵). We basically went to a Mcdonalds, ordered a little food and drink, and chatted the night through. It was pretty nice, reminiscing all the way back then. Pretty good night.

Caption: Hah! Here’s Grace (DAMMIT! I didn’t know it was possible to take high resolution shots back then >_< )
at the Perfect 10's DJ Hunt thing. It was pretty eventful, taking a grand total of 4 hours just to get a shot at it, right Grace?
Hahaha. Anyway, yeap. She came, she saw, she conquered (her fear, that is..lol). Was a very fun day, got to watch a bunch of really funny contestants. Heh.

Caption: During my work attachment program, the only things I found interesting were the sunsets and sunrises I got to experience during my bus rides to and from the workplace. I clocked in at 7pm, and went out at 7am. For 6 straight weeks. It was very detrimental to my health, I actually fell sick 3 times due to my body being unable to stand the stresses of the long 12 hour shifts. It ended, eventually, and the sky looked beautiful on that final bus ride home…

Yeap, it was a sight to behold. DARN low resolution shots.

Caption: Here’s a shot of the ‘pasar malams’, (a.k.a. night markets, 夜市 (yoichi)) we have in Singapore. They usually come once every 2-4 months, changing spots most of the times. They sell tons of good food! and lot of other cool trinkets too. Really funky stuff.

Caption: Heh, one of the cosplayers (costume players) at the local cosplay events held here throughout the year. We have tons of people dressing up as their favourite anime/game/movie characters, and some of the costumes are a sight to behold! (I was actually pondering on whether I should give it a go sometime… @_@;)

Caption: Ah, my first visit to the Esplanade. The view of the skyline is really really really nice and calming. The performance arts centre is really a sight to behold, it even has a really coool modernistic library within which has a really calming atmosphere. So nice…I think now its imperative for me to go there at least once a week to relax. ^ - ^

Caption: Heh. There’s this really cool huge clock which shows the time in my college. I just happened to be there when it was showing ‘2004′. Cool huh?

Caption: Stella Ng!!!!! She’s sooo cute in person! She came over to my college for a mini concert and a short autograph session (hosted by the local Chinese radio station Dongli 88.3). I got her autograph!!! Heh heh.

Caption: I came across this homage to the local cosplay scene at the underground walkway between Citylink Mall and the Esplanade. It was kinda cool, so I took a pic.

Caption: My cute cuz! Her name’s Erina, and she’s mixed-blooded. So cute!

Caption: Ah, something from Waseda Shibuya Senior High. A calligraphy art piece by a student. The whole school campus is really funky! They even had a sheltered basketball court! I’m so envious.. ToT;

Caption: So tired…exams. Have..to..stay..awake. Lol.

Caption: THE EYE! HAHHAHA. Ok I was bored and took a pic of my eye. Heh

Caption: The history of my wearing glasses. I cleaning out my room, came across the whole series of my spectacle-wearing history in my drawers. So I took a picture of it! Heh heh. So..wierd. lol.

Caption: Muahaha. My really cool room now. Its really nice! See! Notice the cute Qoo stuff! FEEL THE CUTENESS SEEPING THROUGH YOUR EYES! MUAHAHHAA…..*ahem*. Ok then. Lol.

Caption: Ah. Memories. One of my first co-curricular activities in secondary school. The Air National Cadet Corp. Haha. Every saturday morning I took the first train out, rode in it for 1 hour just to get to the base. Memories. Ironically I’m gonna wear the camouflaged uniform again in less than a year..for my national service thingy. Sigh..

Caption: Awww I was so cute back then. Now I’m just a freak Lolol.

Caption: Ze final picture. Hah. Took this one wit’ Grace about a month ago. Ignore the background, its corny. Lol. A really nice picture, doncha think? ^-^;
Aight, I think that’s about it. Memories for 2004…so far. Its not over yet! I’ll do another one at the end of the year, towards new year’s eve. Heh..be in for a surprise! Aight, gotta sleep! Had a long day. The darkness beckons! Nitey nite~!
